Hear the chorus’s voices wrapped in the warm glow of cello, harp, alto sax, and English horn, in the sublime acoustic and lovely space at the Basilica of St. Patrick’s Old Cathedral. You’ll hear favorite holiday music spanning ten centuries, from medieval carols to lush contemporary arrangements. You’ll revel in the festive sound of trumpets and meditate to the mystery of ancient chant, leaving the concert full of the spirit of the season. Featuring the Met Opera’s David Heiss on cello and the one-of-a-kind Eddie Barbash on alto saxophone.
